Indian or Foreign coach. They are hired to get results. Last season, N.E united finished in top 3. Their trusted defender, Dylan Fox left to Goa. Seems like new AFC signing might be having 2nd thoughts due to covid and not coming to India. Coach has to build good team with some decent backups as well to better last season 3rd position.  Maybe Tapu Barman perfects suits coach's requirement.

@dev_pfc He got 2-3 chances with Mohd Sporting last year but didn't do anything significant so no contract from there it seems and out of favour with others too it seems.
