Goa did nothing. Mumbai played much better and frankly I liked their game. They tried to do something instead of parking the bus. Not a bad performance at all. Their foreigners made lal the difference. Hope to see. agood performance next game
I think by second half Vignesh was a better player. Bipin flopped most of the balls he fed and cassio as well. The good thing is we lost this game not due to tactical problems or anything. They were just superior players. It was a good game for neutrals. Anybody know why Angulo did not make the list? With today's game he would have finished the half chances.
Apuia, Vikram and even Vignesh showed great pace. Mehtab and Bheke were decent..Mumbai's passing was pretty good surprisingly..Jahou as expected was solid..their striker Cassinho has absolutely no bite in him..he's just like a good technical Indian player..poor signings in Angulo and Diego who are now injured for ACL
Now it makes sense why Gokulam signed Ahmed Razeek as 6th foreigner. If Sharikh Muhammad cannot play because of injury/suspension, they can still play with 4 foreigners. AFC foreigner is key in these competitions and Mumbai chose Brad Inman of all people.
