Kalyan recently said he wouldn't like to have relegation in ISL until IL quality improves

So one club promoted and two demoted? But the league will shrink then.

Makes sense. Otherwise there will be odd-even problem.

Hopefully, they replenish the I-league also.

He is saying Sreenidhi like & NOT Sreenidhi..  Vels is an educational university from Tamilnadu. They have residential football programs starting from U-14. But I heard their ground is not well maintained,  even growth is not organic like other professional clubs.
