The money on offer is not that great. Like at max a few thousand dollars. I don't think any of the ISL clubs/players at current state will go for that. The guy in the article mentioned in their memoire that even for European games they made like max $15 M for a game. A few thousand rupees might entice refs/ lower league players. ISL players are overpaid already.
