Its flawed logic but can be understood. The ISL is a marathon for 2-3 months with players training from August/September to December in India, lots of travel, and other things. The U17 World Cup will just be 7 matches with matches under floodlights etc.
Its a weak reason but probably their "official" reason for the move. Other reasons probably include that they feel that the ISL can not be split and that to not lose hype they need the ISL to happen in one peace.
U-20 worldcup 2015 will start today in Newzealand, and our neighboring country Myanmar is participating in it. This is the ogress we want, play in a world cup through qualifiers.
Ya... I will root for my United States tonight to take down Myanmar... sorry. Plus I want revenge for them beating India last AFC Challenge Cup qualifers.
