Wonder if Sunando & co. can disbar a team as they don't have an A licensed coach throughout the tournament ?

Well ya I will give you the fact that the AIFF is trying to make United Sikkim FC get promoted to the I-League next season. We all knew they would get promoted either way, heck you could have had the whole Final Round in Nagpur and Sikkim would have been promoted. Wouldn't surprise me also if the AIFF have 75% of Sikkim's games at Paljor Stadium. I mean if they wanted Sikkim in we should have just expelled either Air India or HAL and brought in United Sikkim as a replacement.
Also I agree that the 2nd Division is a shame. Who came up with 23 teams?! Next season should just be 12 teams. A new criteria should also be set out as well. Deadlines need to be given. We cant just have random teams coming in every year. That would only bring Indian Football backwards not forwards.
The criteria should be this, 1) A-License Manager/Coach
2) Staff should only include, Assistant Coach, Goalkeeping Coach, Fitness Coach, Club Doctor and Kit Manager
3) The club should have a shirt sponsor and that sponsor can only appear in the center of the front of the shirt. NO WHERE ELSE
4) The team can only use kits made by Adidas, Nike, or Under Armor, other types of company shirts must be approved by the AIFF
5) The team can only have a maximum of 25 players on there team. No more. 15 of those players must be below the age of 23. Only 4 foreigners can be on the team, 3 of which can be allowed on the pitch. Also at least 3 of the 11 players on the pitch for your team must be under 23. If any of these player rules are broken the that team is deducted 15 points. If they do this again then they are deducted 20 points. And then again they are expelled from the league and suspended from the I-League for 3 years.
6) The team must have a good stadium with a capacity of at least 10,000 (stadium does not have to have bucket seats)
7) Stadium must be located at most 1 hour away from the airport.
8) The name of the team must show resemblance to the city/state that they come from.
9) The team must have a under-19 team
10) The team must spend money on marketing there team and must make a way to prove that they are marketing there team in there state.
The Bhutia and Chetri fella will finish off Indian football for their own selfish interests. They are what they are or think themselves to be just because of these fans who are naive enough to be fooled by all their marketing gimmickry.

It seems that they only do youth camps but every team does that. Even Chirag and HAL have youth teams.
