Last season Chencho , who hails from Bhutan was played in the local league and had not taken an ITC for his move to Shilong based RWFC.
Due to this error by the club , he could not be registered for the 2nd Division in Madurai ( AIFF officials pointed this out to the club during final registrations)

Maybe RWFC made the same mistake in this game and were only looking at the color of the players when they made their substitutions and forgot hat Chencho is Bhutanese and not a north-easterner
    ;))

Hope RWFC aren't docked points for this, but the I-League & Division 2 rules are very clear about such infractions.

Same that ONGC will get a 3-0 victory when they should be facing a negative 3 goal deficit and 0 points

The discipline is important factor which is seen lacking in most of clubs and players which results in such controversies which could have been easily avoidable...like this incident where the coach or player who both should be sensible enough to know that they are making a mess here

Still. I just hate how Wahingdoh might lose 3-0 even though they were leading 4-1 when the accident happened. I hate ONGC and hope that if they get promoted that they get rejected. Same with Mohammedan, Kalighat and Vasco. The regionalism affect has taken so much control it is not funny. No more teams in Mumbai, Goa or Kolkata. The time calls for 2 more North-East teams whether its USFC, RWFC or even Aizawl FC.

i too agree that now we need clubs from north, south and north east to get promoted and for time being no more clubs from east or west...but you cant take the clubs which are so poor in understanding the rules of the league and makes such mistakes which are not less than a joke of themselves i just hope they still make it despite if they have to get the points deducted

Its not the management that is bad at RWFC. There owners are amazing but there coaching and some players are idiots and again I say suspend the coaches (yes including the coaching staff which should have said something and the player in question.

Can't blame ONGC here, if AIFF acts against RWFC, they are 100% guilty for this (I mean its coach's fault but then we cant blame ONGC or AIFF for this) Last time AIFF gave lifeline to Lajong over Vasco, so that may happen again. I have a feeling AIFF will wait for the final table
