Can't blame ONGC here, if AIFF acts against RWFC, they are 100% guilty for this (I mean its coach's fault but then we cant blame ONGC or AIFF for this) Last time AIFF gave lifeline to Lajong over Vasco, so that may happen again. I have a feeling AIFF will wait for the final table

I to dont really blame ONGC (of course I still think they are horrible) as they did lose and blah blah blah.

But why take the 4-1 victory away. Nothing happened after that player came on and it was for like 2-4 minutes. That really JUST warrants a suspension of the coaching staff and player (along with a fine towards the head coach) also the referees should have acknowledged it to.

    i think RWFC will survive

I hope the 3-0 victory that will be awarded to ONGC doesn't prevent RWFC from going thru, this could also seriously jeopardize the morale & campaign.

    @arsenalfan :
no need to worry about regionalism etc, as by 2013-14 season , IMG-Reliance revamped I-League will follow a franchise system whereby expansion teams will be created from cities like Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and Delhi. The new league will also have a maximum of 2 teams from any given city. This should work out fine for most of the cities except Goa .
As Mohd. Sporting will probably be relegated by then or fail to fulfill the latest criteria regarding Academies. Thus limiting Kolkata to the 2 giants. ( Pailan project ends by then and besides they can be relocated with ease) . Prayag should by then have relocated to Siliguri.

    1) I still think that suspensions is the only way to deal with this. Again RWFC was 4-1 up in the 88th minute when that sub was made. ONGC technically lost fair and square.

    2) Thank you for comforting me but everyday I am inching closer to AIFF fucking it up.

For 2013-14 realistically we will see this (and @somesh will love this)

    18 clubs in I-League

East Bengal, Mohun Bagan, Mohammedan, Prayag United (Siliguri), Pailan Arrows, Kalighat FC, Air India FC, HAL SC, Chirag United Kolkata (they will move), Mumbai FC, Dempo SC, Salgaocar SC, Churchill Brothers SC, Sporting Goa, Pune FC, ONGC FC, Vasco SC, Shillong Lajong FC.

    Yes that is right.
    6 clubs from Kolkata
    5 from Goa
    4 from Maharashtra
    1 from Bangalore
    1 from the North-East

Yes that is the fantasy of AIFF and all the idiots on goal.com and that facebook page ran by those idiots sportskeeda. Even some people here would not mind this.

This is what we have been doing for 16 years. 1996 we started and look at where we are.

Look at all these leagues that started in the 90s and 2000s...

J.League: Started in 1993 and now is a top 20 league

Major League Soccer: Started in 1996 and now a top 15 league

A-League: Started in 2005 and now a top 25 league

Even look at the NASL: Second division of the United States that started in 2011 and is still a top 75 league in the WORLD!

Now I-League: Started in 1996 and is a top 130 league!

We could have done things differently, we could have done what World Series Hockey or Indian Premier League done. We could have been smart, we could have stopped wanking over Europe and focused on what is best for INDIA but we did not and now we will all pay for it.

You know Uttam Rai and Brandon Fernandes. They will be great players but Brandon will get South African passport and Uttam will get an American one because fuck Indian Football.

We are going nowhere UNLESS we start waking up, AIFF start waking up. Stop wanking off to there porn (also known as the Premier League, La Liga and Barcelona) and start focusing on a WSH, IPL, MLS, A-League, J.League type of league and structure and start using there money smartly and start being more stricter with clubs (get rid of Air India, HAL etc) then we are going no where.
  • Meanwhile, Vasco is leading 1-0 against ONGC at half time..
