True. Also last year only single round robin was played in final round.

Lone Star Kashmir should be allowed to withdraw. If a club is financially so weak that it can't manage their expenses in I-League 2 then they are better off playing in State league till they can improve their finances.

Mind you unlike RKFC, they still played their home games inside J&K.
