@sdr62: What is your source, regarding East Bengal watching the videos of two World Cuppers from Costa Rica and Nigeria?
Amrinder Singh has admitted that he has been approached by East Bengal, but Sehnaj Singh is doubtful as DSK Shivajians and KBFC reportedly pursuing him.
@AKB Hindi and English are the official languages of India. Government of India. States are free to have their own official languages. Eighth Schedule of Constitution has a list of 22 scheduled languages. Bengali, Tamil, Malayalam are all mentioned there. Like it or not, Hindi and English have Official status. Other languages are scheduled and recognised and have official status within state but not official by Government of India. Even a communication or a judgement written in bengali or Tamil has to be translated in Hindi or English before considered official.
Debabrata Sarkar has dismissed suggestions that Orok Orok was being considered as the fourth foreigner this season. He has explained that Orok's visa has expired and he has returned to Nigeria, and he is not in contention for the I-League. However, Biswajit Bhattacharya has praised the young striker and he could be signed for the next season. East Bengal are still looking for a good foreign striker and carrying on discussions with known foreign players and seeing the CDs of unknown foreigners. They are still carrying on talks with Bernard Mendy as a possible substitute for Bello Razzaq.
BTW, could Nicolas Velez be signed as the foreign striker? Read somewhere that he was interested in playing in India if he got a good offer.
