@sam shows you are just an armchair fan! You really don't have any idea about the guys from East Bengal Ultras. This incident is just the old Maidan culture which Ultras are actually against of!
@EastBengalPride: I agree with you that the violence committed by the EB supporters is old Maidan culture, the Ultras do not support this kind of violence But it is not good to call someone an armchair fan. There are different kinds of fans, there are fans who regularly brave the heat and the rains to go to the football grounds to watch their favourite team play, while others for various reasons cannot, or do not wish, to go to the football ground, but follow the matches of their favourite teams religiously on TV or on the Net. I do not think these supporters--armchair fans as you call them--are any less of a supporter or are less passionate about their team than the former supporters. I know for a fact that @sam is not an armchair fan, he visits the football grounds whenever he gets time to watch his favourite team play. In that sense, I am more of an armchair fan as I have never visited the Maidan. Cheers!
I was just upset to read a post that, there is a lot of ignorance about EBUltras and it's better to know about them before making that kind of unsubstantiated comment. Either ways, my apologies to @sam .
There should have been cards for colado and borja that day. Since it was not given they should have at least suspended or fined them after seeing the footage
How did the referee got away? That nincompoop should be stripped of his license immediately. Colado and Borja should have been suspended too atleast for 1 match like Dika and Mehtab.
Former EB asst coach Mario Rivera has joined Madrid Football Federation as Professor of the Madrid Football Academy and will train and educate the coaches
