9. Stadia ->yes(our stadium manages to fulfill basic criteria)
10. Clubs ->no(we still have psu clubs)
11. Infrastructure->yes(we got some basic facilities for the clubs)
with just 5 out of 11.......not even 50%...so their decision of scraping is perfectly correct as far as i concern.....
lets hope aiff take it seriously and do work which could help them increase the quality of the game rapidly.....
the problem is that the AIFF is coward and cannot take strong measures all of a sudden. they fear that mb n eb might make their own breakaway league. but probably thats the way it works in India. we should accept it. we cannot disband all the clubs all at once. History n legacy matters to us

Even Indonesia managed only 5/11. I-league condition is poorer than u think it is
Indonesia will not be allowed to get an ACL direct slot since they failed to meet
many items of AFC Champions League Criteria; however, it will be given one ACL
play-off slot to support the development of football in Indonesia.
May be they think IDN showing more promises than AIFF
1) Clubs in the top division: 14 (The ACL requirement is 12 clubs so we pass)
2) Number of league matches for each team: 26 (The ACL requirement is 33 so we are way off; either we lose 2 teams or we add 4 teams.

15) Attendance is announced for every game in accurate form [must be announced as something like 12,247 not 12,000, must be at least 80% accurate] (We absolutely don't follow this)
We so far only follow 40% of the regulations and to make it better don't follow any of the attendance regulations.

from the analysis by arsenalfan, it is clear that if the clubs fulfill the criteria of afc champions league, then we could easily achieve the target soon...
lets hope indian clubs wake up soon...

attendance and quality of stadium are major factors in which clubs fail miserably
Also if you guys look at mine or also read the url again you would see that there were a lot of factors I said we fulfilled but in a shit way. Like merchandise some clubs do (Pune FC) but others don't. (No East Bengal and Mohun Bagan fans, selling your jerseys on the streets don't count, I mean actually selling them at the game) Also we need real youth clubs from every team and this is easy to fulfill because the criteria does not mention at what level we should be at with youth teams) Also we need out coaches to be A-Licensed.
We also need more teams in order to play more games (we need at least 33 matches per season)
There is many criteria in which we fail to follow and if you think that is it, do note that the I-League CLUBS need to follow the AFC Criteria which we had not yet.
Also a problem which will stay forever is the full-time commercial entity. So get ready for years of Dempo, Salgaocar, HAL, Air India and what not.
the point where you mention that there is no Pre/Post-Match conference is mot true. This time AIFF has made it mandatory for all clubs to do it. Anyway, it is a great work done by you. AIFF could very well use this as a checklist

By pre and post match I mean a normal professional. One that takes place in a room with the background have the logo of I-League and sponsors. Like that have for Pune FC and European matches. Instead when I see some of the pre and post matches of other teams most of them do them outside with a crowd and what not which I don't mind but be professional.
