He is correct on first part India will remain in basement in football as long as pp and Nita is running football in the country his 2nd part is wrong India is fast developing and will become one of the strongest country's in the world.

Not I-League but Sameegh Doutie has joined Ajax in South Africa's first division... also word is that he will return to India next season for when the ISL begins in November 2017.
