I got this thread basically to discuss your expected formation of the team for all coming matches and defend the selection of your players in every position of your choice.
The points to be expected to be part are
1) your formation of line-up(e.g:- 4-4-2, 4-5-1,etc)
2) the players in each position
3) why a player in certain position(if you select nabi as mid left winger/ in back as left winger, then why in that position)
we shall also discuss about team formation post match too.these discussion could make us analyse better about our team and players quality and performances.
for players qualities there shall be regular updates of some players facilities which shall help you in creating your best formation

the lineup will be looking like
...................karanjit..................
gurjinder...gourmangi.....nirmal.....nabi
................climax.................
clifford............rocus..........ralte
........jeje........bhutia...................
karanjit is an obvious choice as Gk position given his recent performances
gurjinder and nabi are selected as wing backs because are easily the one of those fast wingbacks in the squad and we need such good pace wingers in the that position to control the likes of muller , robben in that position
gourmangi is easily one of consistent and experienced centre back in current squad who has his chance to control the likes of gomez or olic and their midfield
i would play our most experienced midfielder climax lawrence as a defensive mid-fielder for us to have a chance to hold them a bit and rocus as the only offensive midfielder who has been doing a good job in organising the midfield in the team since his debut with ralte and clifford as the wingers for their consistent performances and got some good crosses to feed our strikers
jeje will be played as feeding striker as he got good shielding but has been a bit nervous front of the net and bhutia will be played as main striker...
what you guys think about my formation of players??
gud selexn as u have given chance to some promising youngsters
It's important to organize actions in defense. Most of the Asian teams will not do anything against organized team. Play simply.
Play in the short or medium pass (long they can't, I've seen).

Sunil Chhetri, Jeje Lalpekhlua
SUBS: Karanjit Singh, Nirmal Chetri, Denzil Franco, Jewel Raja, Jibon Singh (The only Pailan Arrow who deserves a call-up), Sushil Kumar, Sandesh Gakari
Combine Speed and Skill along with Physicality to the squad. Of course I could have done better with this squad but these guys are calm, proven and some are even young.
