  • Won't count Pailan arrows as a Bengal (or Kolkata) club...its a developmental squad and has no regional affiliations...If they won I League, it won't be truimph for Bengal football

I honestly dont care. They play in Bengal so therefor they are a Bengali club. Just like last season when people called them a Delhi club.

Forget about being a Bengali Club, Pailan Arrows doesn't even qualify as a competitive and proper club in the first place....They are a developmental squad, they have their own special rule which is not applicable to any other club, the wont relegate, they dont play any local league etc etc.....
I would say I league is a 13 team affair with one club added for gaining experience to young players...thats how it has turned lately....Arrows is a national squad cant be attributed to any region

Ok I will give you that but in my opinion Arrows should be in the second division. The top league of India should only be for the most willing teams who want to market the game.

Pailan is also eligible for I league , if its well marketed by AIFF
Now the main topic - Who can make it to 2nd divn.

d strong contenders - United sikkim ,Vasco,Royal Wahingdoh
    who can pose threat- SESA,Arhima

Mohammadan as last season would make it to d final stage , but not beyond that.
For Quartz fc - it will be a great experience for them this time , i strongly believe they'll make d cut in 2013
  • I think we all saw today that Eagles FC are no where near close to promotion to the I-League. They will in 2013 but this season they should just focus on establishing themselves as the club Kerala can represent. They are doing a good job.

    YA ROYAL WAHINGDOH!!!

Please, Vasco will be close but they wont do it.
