I honestly dont care. They play in Bengal so therefor they are a Bengali club. Just like last season when people called them a Delhi club.

Forget about being a Bengali Club, Pailan Arrows doesn't even qualify as a competitive and proper club in the first place....They are a developmental squad, they have their own special rule which is not applicable to any other club, the wont relegate, they dont play any local league etc etc.....
I would say I league is a 13 team affair with one club added for gaining experience to young players...thats how it has turned lately....Arrows is a national squad cant be attributed to any region

For Quartz fc - it will be a great experience for them this time , i strongly believe they'll make d cut in 2013
I think we all saw today that Eagles FC are no where near close to promotion to the I-League. They will in 2013 but this season they should just focus on establishing themselves as the club Kerala can represent. They are doing a good job.
