TFA has the best proven record and contributed maximum players to Indian team..it has to be the best

But TFA has to change its ways if it seriously wants to remain a productive academy. Selecting 16 years old guys is too late to start. It may have worked earlier when the skill was not a pre-requisite to shine in Indian club football. At that age, you can only improve stamina not learn new skills. I would rate AIFF academy much higher than TFA
