hey man what more can we ask from a regional news channel. Not even one sports channel are interested(even dd sports).
The sports channels will be more interested in what the parasites (cricketers) will have for lunch & dinner then telecasting football matches involving Indian clubs. I bet if tomorrow some fading parasites like Agarkar or Laxman or anybody of that class allows a million dollar contract to live telecast his lunch there will be more takers for it in media than Indian football. <!-- s --><img src="{SMILIES_PATH}/icon_mrgreen.gif" alt="" title="Mr. Green" /><!-- s -->

Dempo midfielder Climax
Lawrence believes that his side
are still in with a chance in the
AFC Cup competition with two
Group A matches to play.
"First of all, we're not yet out,"
was the midfielder's immediate
response when asked if his team
is virtually out after their 9-0
drubbing in the last match.
"After Dempo lost 9-0 to Nasaf
Qarshi, everyone is thinking
there is no chance for us. Then
we got the news that Al-Ansar
lost 2-0 to Al-Tilal," he added.
The Indian champions have two
matches to make into the next
phase - versus Al-Tilal in Goa and
against Al-Ansar in Pune on May
4th and 11th respectively.
"We have the home advantage.
The first match in Goa and the
next in Pune which is also a
home ground for us," said Climax
after the team practice at the
Fatorda ground.
"God gave us another chance
and we have to anyhow win the
remaining two matches of the
AFC Cup in order to progress," he
mentioned.
Dempo have a chance to defend
their league title successfully as
they need to win their remaining
five matches in order to do so.
"We will think of the I-League
when the time comes. Our entire
focus is on doing well in the two
AFC Cup matches now," which
Climax admitted will be tough.(source-goal.com)
