Just looking at the table. United Sikkim have not done as bad as many say (on the surface). 9 losses is equal to some teams above but they draw so many times. If some of those draws were victories we would be talking about Air India's chance for survival.
Air India themselves have made a mess of many games in the last few minutes. Draws against SCG, Pailan and Lajong in recent matches, which they should have won.
