A transfer thread for 2018/19 season is also required as isl transfers are going on for next season. While transfers regarding super cup(if any) and 2nd division should go in 2017/18 thread.
@munna219777 here i feel partiality has been done, @ArsenalFan700 has used that word 7 times in this forum 'found in search' and he has used this word 2 times against members Once on 14 feb to @deepakc in i league 2017-18 thread and on November 2017 against @goalkeeper in plyers profile, so are there particular ways in which we can use this word against other members or are there some special quotas to get away after using these words??
don't dig into past... based on the situation, few of them might have escaped.. now we can't check history and ban all the members who made personal attacks and/or used offensive words... or we can't blame admins...

It's better to have an admin who is nominated by members of IFN.. However final call to have him as an admin should be taken by admins..
may be we can consider members who contributed most to IFN.. I recommend to have Amateur Footballers and U23 international in the nomination list...
