So @Defence123 why are you here?? We may as well not qualify for World Cup but atleast we are trying to make something happen and we can enjoy our team play the game. Its not only about World Cup.
I thought that we played pretty well with being down to 10 men from the 2nd minute itself. Problem is we cant score..We have Rohit Danu who can but he also needs another guy like him to make it better. I am glad that we have found a good goal scoring defender in Amit Mishra. Also I guess Amarjit will be back for the U-19 qualifiers..anyone else who may join or might have missed out due to injury? The way I see it is we had 2 decent results in fulltime, 1-1 with Bulgaria and Kyrgystan. We narrowly lost to Moldova who are now playing for the 5th spot so it's only a thin line that we need to maintain better next time
Teams which do not possess mercurial forwards who can score in open play rely on set-pieces like Corner Kicks, Free Kicks, Tall Defenders who can utilise such opportunities thru headers. We are not able to do that also !!
They should change playing style best suited with our capabilities.
Off topic but I am really impressed by South Korea and Japan in the U-20 WC. I have watched highlights of all games and I thought Japan were even better than S korea specially after they beat Argentina. Now we have the possibility of S Korea winning the world cup!

Ninthoi Meetei and Vikram Partap Singh will continue to sit out owing to their respective injuries, while Sumit Rathi is suspended.

Interestingly Qatar was runners up in 1981!
