I guess Indian arrows project will be continuing this season also.. So we need to use Indian Arrows as a chance to develop players who can suit national team's style of play..For that we need a coach better than Pinto.. It will be better if Igor can help us in getting a good youth coach..Both Doru Isac and Igor hasJ worked with football academies.
At this age, defensive errors are ok.. they will.improve with experience and age... but we missed too many easy chances and couldn't able to score.. and this is not acceptable..

Still a Good Result.Morale Booster for sure.
However, finishing needs to be worked on big time.
These guys have good stamina and decent skills but lack big time in Game Sense,Decision Making and Composure.
I feel with a good foreign coach,this team might do well at the U-19 Qualification Tournament.
Pinto doesn't seem to be the right coach.
Guessing we may play Kyrgystan or Armenia next
