Wow! This Indian team is special! The ease with which they pass the nall among themselves, the cute one-twos they play in opposition half, the positional sense of players and most importantly the ease with which they were cutting through the Saudi defence was almost unimaginable! This is a special team and if handled properly this can be the start of our golden generation. The previous u16 teans were also good but lacked that confidence, that skill to score against big teams, they lacked the sophistication in technique which this bunch posses. Take a bow, Bibiano.
We're in. That's now 4th successful U16/17 qualification campaign. Questions need to be asked why we can't follow this in U19/20 level and worse, U23 level.
Congratulations boys & staff. This team played with positive intent in all 4 games. Thanks to fans in the stadium, a goal little early would have made massive difference in this match.
