My God these u16 matches are so unpredictable! Uzbekistan were supposed to be out of the competition if we had not scored the last minute goal. And then they go on to become champions!
Congrats to Uzbekistan. I now change my top 10 order to:
1) Uzbekistan, 2) Japan 3) South Korea (beat Japan and lost in
penalties to Uzbekistan) & 4) Iran (close loss to Uzbekistan and big
win against Australia) 5) Syria (beat Uzbekistan, lost a close
match to Japan), 6) China (tied their games with Uzbekistan and Syria), 7) India (close loss to Uzbekistan and draws with Syria and China, 8) Iraq 9) Australia, 10) Kuwait (they did have a
close 1 goal loss to Iran, but I dinged them because they barely beat
Laos). The rest stay the same as I had before, starting with Laos at 11.
I seriously think we could have qualified into the quarterfinals in the Iran/Kuwait or Iraq/Australia groups. I don't think we could have done any better in our group. The other teams were all better than us. Big positives to take away: Strong defence.

So that one penalty in last minute changed the whole game. Now Uzbek should offer free friendlies to India in return for this gift
this is the last time we will help you
Don't think so, we can be helpful as well to beat your rivals some time!
Wish to give you all free drinks now!!
