I have not said that Velez should be signed along with Mendy and Moura. I was suggesting that he could be signed as the fourth foreigner, the top shots in the ISl EB are looking at as possible options would not come cheap.
The problem isn't the fourth foreigner alone, some officials want to release Bello and the coach has asked the top brass if anything can be worked out. I strongly feel an Indian defense is the way to go. Johny Routh Babu Mondal Arnab Mondal and hopefully Gurwinder being available from March should give enough options for the CB pairing options. And if we can sign Anas then it will be great. Get Orok and Ranti upfront with Dong and another foreigner at the wings. We are not in AFC, so an all desi back four should work.
Dika is out till March at the minimum. Highly doubtful he will play much after this. He refused to abide doctors suggestions on surgery. Basically he can go fuck himself, only Football Edge can resurrect his career
