Keep on fighting against the officials or find a buyer to buy them out (which is impossible). Hurry before Bagan win the CFL and say that the CFL is more than I-League.

It can. Its been done before with "fan based clubs". Not recently but in fact many English clubs (I believe Chelsea at one point were also fan owned). Recent example could be AFC Wimbledon but I am not sure if majority is still with the fans trust or not with that club.
