I think we have chance to qualify

We can definitely be part of the Asia Cup, being in top 24 of Asia not impossible task for India.

Also playing regularly against top oppositions will help us in a big way and keep our NT engaged with friendlies. We might get get thrashed by Japan every time we play them but a good experience and chance to get familiar with such opponents.

Yup..india beat qatar 2-1 in 2011...sometime we get lucky...if we regularly play we can improve our ranking..getting in top 24 is not rocket science...

After saff cup evryone is saying we are shit...but what they r nt seeing that now team has adapted the wim new style..which was reflected in two friendlies...from now on we can only get better 4 here...

@Pondicherry i had commented previously if you based you reply on our AFC challenge cup . SAFF cup performances , here we have a coach who was hopeless on d team selections, all the senior stalwarts has quit by that time  and the NT team were clueless how to perform as a team + tactically.

This cannot be taken as a reason to thumbdown our chances in the forthcomming Asia cup.. @indian_gooner has clearly indicated why we can quality , we have a good crop of talent commng up Plus ample time to prepare
