Is there any hope for the clubs which are axed from I-League??? Any 2nd Committee and few months extension??Will they have 10 team I-League next year???

Talking about tragedy, in 1995, VCA Ground in Nagpur collapsed while India vs NZ game was going on and about 9 people died.
