I guess, also that were runners up in I-League for 3 times in last 4 seasons would get counted most probably. 

P.S. How come there is no Bengaluru amongst Indian clubs?

bcz its based on only AFC Tournamnet performance ... if you see there is no shillong , Mumbai FC , Sporting club de goa

Once qualifier for WC start, India will jump in rankings. Remember last time Nepal played two games with Timor-Leste in First round and they got many FIFA points. India lost on that opportunity as India straightaway went to second round with UAE. This time India is sure to play First Round as early as March.Then 3 home and 3 away in second round starting from June.Expect India to be around 140  by next year end.

Its india droped in fifa rankings not because of isl,this fifa ranking is based on preveous results and coverman is the one responsible for this.........and in near future india will improve fifa rankings because of indian super leage...say thanks to isl...lets football
