<font face="Arial, Verdana" size="2">Bangalore is mostly fascinated with EPL, but with proper promotion and marketing people will flock in!!! Young working people in Bangalore are constantly looking for relaxing events and if the matches and planned during event and marketed well, people will come in large number. </font>

I must admit that it is not proven for football yet, but for other activities including some random shows (mind it may do not include top artists, but well promoted). Anything on promoted through hoardings and marketed on FB sells like hot cakes in Bangalore!! Yeah on criteria is VERY WELL PLANNED PROMOTION AND MARKETING.

<br><div><br></div><div>Bangalore can get crowd even without getting the EPL guys..there are enough lower middle class neighbourhoods, who are obsessed with football</div>

<br><div><br></div><div>That may be true but again why take that risk when you can take the lesser risk of getting a Kerala team or Delhi team. Maybe Bangalore can make a good team but the investment is way to risky. </div>

<br><div><br></div><div>Did they even play in Delhi? They played in Gurgaon. That is a 44 minute journey from where Ambedkar is.</div><div><br></div><div>Also AIFF never marketed the team in the area. We are talking about getting owners that would at least do some marketing. Delhi has proven itself plenty of times. I am not saying that Bangalore is bad, it is a great market, just not as proven yet.</div>
