@sam, that's the news report. There will be one team invited to make the number even (6). Next year, it may not be Barca.

In the meantime, post the February visit by Graham Robinson, head of International development, Sunderland FC, EB and Sunderland are in talks to form a strategic partnership. This has been confirmed by an EB executive commitee member. More details would surely prop up in the coming weeks.
