According to Bengali daily Bartaman, I-League CEO Sunando Dhar has said that the I-League will begin on 9th January at Kolkata with a Mohun Bagan match. He has said that after a consultation with all the clubs participating in the I-League (to be held on 25th November), the complete schedule would be published. The competition would end in the last week of May.
