If sources in the federation are to be believed, none of the 22 Pailan Arrows players are going anywhere. The India cadets all have minimum of one year of contract left in them and it is next to impossible that any club would be able to sign them.
There were earlier reports that Arrows would be shut down with AIFF and Pailan having tiff over the payment issues. But latest development means that AIFF will make sure Arrows will play in I-League next season as they are closely talking to Pailan as well as IMG-Reliance.
Players like Holicharan Narzary, Shouvik Ghosh, Pritam Kotam etc all have offers from I-League clubs but sadly none would be able to Arrows anytime soon unless any club is willing to pay a transfer fee for them.
Tulunga sent an email to EB asking them to recruit him. :O EB officials have forwarded that email to United SC. If United release him then Tulunga could be an EB player.
EB has acted sensibly on the "no poaching" act adopted by kolkata clubs. MB have misreably failed on that - reflection of poor administration and hence below par performance.
