and honestly...people will say..yeah we need dutch model, we need spanish model, we need this and that...and when u try to implement a concrete system, then...oh that is european, that wont work here....arey baba then why ask for euroopean model to start with???? indian football is so f**** up that you need a lot huge loads of patience to see it develop...otherwise u bring coaches who will play a gritty, tight, discplined game, direct game...and keep us in 100-120 zones forever...get some good results but no long term thought...either u believe a develomental process or not...there is no both ways
