We should improve this page. Portuguese national Manuel Gomez comes to my mind who for sometime was a coach for Churchill Brothers. I am sure that we can find many more names as Expatriate Managers in India. Example Bola Abdul Aziz, Fuja Tope, Clifford Chukuwama.
I've added the category to Manuel Gomes's and Aziz's page but Tope does not have a page as he has never actually managed in the I-League (at least not that I can find). Chukwama also never managed in the I-League from what I can see as well.
