We have heard that the Goa franchise will be comprised of mainly Dempo players/Goan I-League Indians and that Beto would be assistant coach. In Mumbai we have heard their potential name and also that they failed to sign the marquee they want (possibly delaying the announcement) and in Bangalore we have heard that they may want to move to Chennai.
Player's "auction" for the 84 odd Indians is next week. Foreign player's "auction" on last week jn August...this way the franchises only have to pay for 3 months for said foreigner's !
You see, this is why I wonder why we don't just do a draft for the rights for players. They won't be contracted but they the team that drafts them has the first right to sign them.
