@munna219777: Still a long way to go. First we need to improve our footballers, have a strong league, have good infra. But, all this has already been discussed. So, no point talking about this anymore. All of us know this.
I agree with those three points: improvement of our footballers, strong league, good infrastructure whether it is ISL or I-League. Lets see how it goes!!!
Things look positive for both ISL and I-League. And all this hype Indian football is enjoying is good. Don't u think so. Had it been the same old I-League season, promotion would not have been that much. You gotta accept that. All we want is Indian football to develop and get coverage. let our league be known in the world. Let our footballers enjoy good coaching and good pitches.
I just hope they eventually expand the league and are careful with expansion. Bangalore should be reserved for Bengaluru FC... really is the only thing that makes sense but at the same time if they expand they would need two teams instead of one... would be interesting to see where (I hope Punjab).
As for the league length, that needs to get longer in the future and games left to weekends only. I fear what the crowds and TV ratings will be.
The list boasts of experienced footballers and young promising talent from across the world with an average age of 28 years, having played 8197 competitive matches in various leagues globally with an average of 186 appearances per player.
