@Arsenalfan700 Oh I am in the Pro ISL wagon, I think it has potential to turn a few heads. Nothing more, hopefully kids will wan to play more. I league and ISL need to merge at some point, but I dont see that happening anytime soon.
Also, I went to meet NE united yesterday and saw Capdevilla there haha. I met the guys and asked where they stand on grassroots developments and they kept trying to evade the topic and were more or less like 'Well Shillong already has a grassroot project.. umm.. we were planning post ISL... umm January..."
That says a lot, doesn't it. Mind you, who did you ask? I mean, you're no reporter and while it is easy to get stuff out of I-League teams because they could care less I would guess ISL would be more tighter on this stuff.
@arsenalfan700 Well first I whatsapped John Abraham's manager and she put me across to some guy at NE United, who then game me the main guy's email who is the boss in the Bombay office. I mailed him a few suggestion after I spoke to you guys, and he reverted. He called me up to discuss these plans. I went to see him and his team, spoke to them for about half an hour. For now we stand at, they'll message me post ISL and and take it further.
