That is okay, they are on loan from the first-team technically as shown by sources but that does not mean they have actually played in the Serie A... most of them have played in the lower divisions or state leagues.
Honestly, I have no idea whether this is a good thing or a bad thing for Romeo... I don't think anyone on this forum has seen a non Brazilian Serie A game.
