Not true.. Indians who follow european football in fact have only heard about baichung and sunil as national players... No one else they know... Saying from my own experience
@munna219777 : don't blindly oppose anything. You from the start only bringing negative points about Isl. Give it time. If it fails, then start this. We desperately need something new. Isl is the option left. Only option. No one can save I league in it's present condition. We need a something viable. Nothing can be worse from our current situation. If Isl bring some big names ( obviously far from their actual form) I league clubs will have a chance to sign them. They will attract crowds, will increase marketability of league, international attention. We need a boost whether by having glucose drink or a kick at back doesn't matter.
@footydip Who is going to listen to you here. Some Indian football fans in this forum only want India to be below 100 in FIFA rankings. They don't want football to develop in India. They must have been paid by BCCI so that Cricket remains a popular sport in India and people will watch only English Premier League on TV.
Ever since I have joined this forum there have been too many attacks on me. ISL has not even started as of yet and they have started criticising it from now. ISL is only meant to generate revenue for AIFF for long-term development of football.
