I still remember a SportsKeeda article that called it the "Camp Nou" of Indian football in the future.

Ideally this league needs a better sponsor (CMG?), played from august-jan spread over 4-5 grounds would really take it on par with Mizo and Goa pro league. Just a little govt support and a more imaginative backer. A good Sikkim (pro/semi pro) league would be viable and would certainly attract talent from North Bengal/Nepal and maybe even Bhutan. I guess that is when you will start finding spotters for the matches as happens with the Mizo league/Goa league/Bengal league (3 most competitive reigonal leagues right now).
