ATK could spend some money on temporary facelift for ISL on a broken down MB stadium.

That money spent could be more than what MB did in terms of Infrastructure in a century.

MB getting free facelifts along with Rent. Money recieved can be used to further develop its infra. But MB being MB will spend it on Odafa.

ATK is used to get free infra (minus the banners and phenyl cost which they spend), they won't pay a rupee.

 yes what i heard from close sources in ATK that , talks are in final stage and if deal goes ahead ATK will build Mohun Bagan Ground into 25K s football stadium .
