You add some khatta dahi in milk to make dahi itself , if u will add lime in boiling milk it will burst up and nvr boil and will turn into small precipitates of paneer
Can anyone tell me how much caffeine is in 3g of coffee pouch ?
As per internet , 1.2 milligrams caffeine . But also as per net 1 cup of coffee has 50-200 mg of caffeine and same as the case with milk coffee .
Now I don't understand how come it's so high if 3g coffee powder has 1.2 mg of caffeine ? How much coffee powder is used in making coffee .
I add 330ml milk to 3g of Nestle classic coffee powder ( which comes in 2 rupee pouches ) . In short I make 2 and a half cups of coffee from 3g coffee powder . So again I should be getting only 1.2 mg of caffeine but internet says 50-200 mg caffeine in 1 serving of coffee ( 125 ml )
@AshishKaul 3 gms of instant coffee (as you said nestle classic) will have about 96-100 mg of caffeine not 1.2 mg.
Caffeine in 1 cup of serving will depend on how much instead coffee you add. Milk or water whatever you add won't change the caffeine content.
3 grams of instant coffee will give you 90-100 mgs, about 10-20 grams of coffee bean powder is required to make 3 grams of instant coffee (coffee esanse powderised using vaccum evaporation)
So if you make 2.5 cups of 3 grams of instant coffee you will get 49-50 mg of caffeine per serving
So internet is correct when it said 50 to 200 mg caffeine per serving
