Anyway, hopefully there is some interest in fixing this problem. Kerala Blasters need to hire a technical director. As @The_real_AG said, this is a write-off season now for Kerala Blasters. No way with Morgan can it get any better but keep him just for the rest of the season. Maybe it is time, with the Indians, to work with the younger guys as well as some experience.
Rahul Bheke, Shankar Sampingiraj, and Sandesh Jhingan should be given some room to play more. Perhaps also get rid of deadweight Indians such as Ramandeep Singh, Peter Carvalho, Saumik Dey, and Sandip Nandy and sign some younger guys who have not signed in the league like Germanpreet Singh, Loken Meitei, Salam Ranjan Singh, Nim Dorjee Tamang, Prem Kumar Singh, Manish Bhargav, Shouvik Ghosh, Mohammed Rafique etc.
The problem in India is that we give Demi Goa status to people(stars) and glorify them to such an extent, that they get a feeling of invinsibility. And those people misuse this situation.It becomes a kind of cult culture. And we have plenty of blind followers who dont know anything about what happened in pre season but yet they will defend their demi god. Just by sacking someone inorder to rectify your fault isn't something great. He had to pacify the huge fan base and show that he did something or else people may lose faith in their so called God.
