We are wining these matches just because we are playing against the weaker teams...not because of our style of play. When we will play against a stronger team we will get screwed by this style of play.

We can't change to possession play with current lot, you need confident center-backs for that. but sacking of SC wont make things worse, it can open team gates for some deserving players. Ideally we should not extend SC's contract, which runs till May 2018. but that wont leave new coach with enough time to get along with team. So SC is here to stay until end of Asian Cup unless AIFF doesn't do another Bob Houghton or Nicolai Adam with him.

Style of play cannot be invented at a NT camp, it needs development from club level, when u have only 18 top league matches in a season and you don't have a stable job security for Coaches here why will anyone have time to invest in style of play.
NT style of play reflects the quality what domestic leagues can bring to the table.
Find a Bakhra like Puerto Rico who are ahead in ranking and beatable. We here at ifn can prepare a list. Play with them, improve ranking. Also make it as disadvantageous as possible for them, like long travel time, playing condition, unavailability of best players etc. Ranking matters after all in many cases. I know we're in top 100 or 105 now. Finding such teams isn't easy. But let's try.
Well we did beat Myanmar away and Kirgyzstan at home, teams which are stronger than us. I am just saying we have much better options than Narayan Das, Eugenson and Narzary.
