Our biggest problem is our best creative attacking midfielders Brandons (both), Lobos aren't in the squad due to Football Edge and coach bribery scandal. You just can't have someone like Eugenson in his current form anywhere near the NT, also Holicharan is barely SAFF quality. Udanta Brandon Fernandes Rowlin Borges and Brandon (EB)/Jayesh Rane and this midfield can create something against tougher opponents.
Netherlands football is failing because they are not producing the players they used to once. Their neighbors Belgium have taken their place. With France in the group they will have to fight it out against Sweden for a possible play off spot for this world cup.
Aiff will evaluate the performance of NT coach after Maccu homegame.In terms of ranking its ok.But there are ample time to play in higher notch. India have few exceptional talent, should induct in new system.Otherwise NT would trash in AFC match. Boring long ball strategy will work for lower rank team but would not work others also. Indian NT should get rid off SC & induct a good coach to improve further.
@ArsenalFan700..As per contract SC have the 1 yr deal with 6 month review policy.please check this yr kushal das statement when he was offered for the NT post.Though it was unlikely to sack this moment,but review will be carried out as per norms after maccu home match. IMO it is high time to sack him on improvement of NT football(not on ranking) & bring some good coaches like Uli Stielike

Constantine will remain the coach till the Asia Cup for sure. Only I hope that all the deserving player should perform in such a way that SC can't deny them for the National Team.

You can bring in a " marquee coach " and try to play attractive football.... But you will get beat and beat bad...
If you try to open up and play expansive possession based football with Sandesh " diving header" Jhinghan & Anas " slide tackle " Edathodika.. you will be opening up the flood gates.
