We must have Gilbert Oliviera, Francis Fernandes, Robin & Sabeeth in the playing XI as they have very well in the i league.

MF: Sanju Pradhan, Jewel Singh, Jibon Singh, Shilton D’Silva, Lalrindika Ralte, Gilbert Oliveira, Bineesh Balan.
FW: Jeje Lakpekhlua, Robin Singh, CS Sabeeth, Sushil Kumar Singh, Malsawmfela

So the non-IA players are Arindam, Mohanraj, Chetri, Naoba, Arnab Mondal, Pradhan, Gilbert, Bineesh, Robin, Sabeeth & Sushil.

I am saying an u23 team and not an olympic team where you can have 3 overage players

you missed out on Inder and Vishal Kumar..those are two fantastic defenders.better than Mohanraj in my opinion..anyways a pretty good team..its high time we give sanju pradhan a chance as he's been performing consistently compared to gilbert,bineesh etc

Colin Toal/ Colm Toal sounds like a good choice

Colin Toal is the best option available as of now. but if they want an Indian coach, i think they should give a chance to Subrata Bhattacharjee..believe it or not, his game reading is excellent..he might be rough at times, but should be brought in some capacity in Indian football..we would only gain and not lose..

I think he is to busy right now with Mohun Bagan and knowing him he will be busy over the summer signing players.
