This fan outrage Aiff invited on themselves....while other national feds go out of their way to ensure teams are ready for Asian competition we have a fed full of jokers China has been the biggest market in this transfer window....ideally MB should reach 3 days in advance and should already be analysing the Chinese teams videos...but MB doesn't even have an analyst..i fear for MB especially as in all probability at least 6-7 players will play 2 matches in 50 hours in temperature at least 20 degree apart

Jinan is not straightforward flight. First MB will have to reach Mumbai Airport from Pune which takes 5-6 hours. Then catch 2:30 AM flight from Mumbai to Beijing by Air China provided flight is at right time. Then take another flight to Jinan which unfortunately is only in late evening. Normally travellers between Beijing and Jinan take high speed train from Beijing city center. They will barely reach there 30 hours before the match and some bad weather or something and they will reach there on the day of the match or even after the time and get banned by AFC. Match there is at 3 PM afternoon on 2nd February.

Another joke. DSK vs Mohun Bagan game is at 7:00 PM on 30th. How can they catch 2:30 AM flight from Mumbai Airport same night? One has to reach airport 2-3 hours before flight.

Every year one reason Pune FC in I-league was enjoying mid-table finish was that many matches in Pune used to get cancelled and played at later stage in one bunch. All for non-footballing reasons like death of politician, food festival, children event, religious festivals etc. For the first time, one geniune reason came and AIFF refused.

I'm not for postponing a match as it gives unfair advantage to Mohun Bagan in the title chase. At the most, they could have conducted it on Friday.

And munna, mistakes in the past shouldn't be an excuse to repeat  future mistakes.

If Aiff postpones this round as per the wishes and Mohun Bagan wins the AFC matches, will AIFF keep postponing Mohun Bagan matches in I league because of AFC matches?

Reschedule accordingly. In March, there is 18 days gap. At the start or end of that gap period, such postponed matches can be organised. They postponed whole I-league by so many months because of one unofficial league-that time nobody had any problem?
Can AIFF admit that every time any match is postponed/preponed, it is a mistake and they will never prepone/postpone any match? Lets make it a policy then-never to do it even for ISL or any backdoor club.
