@gaffertape we exactly predicted so earlier in this forum. The rule should be an U-22 can be substituted by an U-22 only if they really want to implement it.

I would like the rule to stay...clubs are forced to scout for younger talents

U22 rule in a top league maybe absurd ...but for a Indian football is a good rule....

We scrapped Indian Arrows to bring in this rule to help the system develop more players...

With coaches doing this....I-League shield make the rule....2 players next year !!

Yeah, it should be two U22 players in the field. And replaceable by only U22s.

I don't mind the replacement part if 2 are starting. .

If a Coach wants to waste 2 subs...That's his gamble. 

BUT 1 is not working. .and they are making a mockery 

Eelco Schattorie holds the record with an 8th minute substitution. 

If an injury occurs it can't also be held against...hence we can't have U22 for U22 or else the bench would have to be almost all U22

Agreed but that was one of the solutions came to my mind. Its better to have arrows back.

Suppose the rule is tweaked to have 3 replacements, and one U22 replacement?

But better to have Arrows back, to avoid all these complications and forced rules...
