Oh, that would mean 9 teams. AIFF should atleast reduce the number of foreign players for the sake of Indian players or many would be jobless.

Liverpool has no association with the DSK first team. They will provide coaches to the DSK academy, but DSK pays the coaches wages' and hence, the association is only pertinent at the academy level. Liverpool wanted to join a professionally run club to enter India at the academy level, and they chose DSK over other clubs including Liverpool supporting owners of Pune FC, as they were adamant that they will only get involved with a very professionally run setup. And this is why I am somewhat hopeful of DSK being a mainstay in the Indian professional football system in the future.

Shylo Malswamtulanga was one of the very first north eastern players to go across the states and do so well, and he is a legend all over the North East for really being a pioneer. Respect there, and a honest footballer.
