Regarding Ref's not showing card to Lal & Sukhen..... Ranjit Baxi must have thought he has already played his part with Red Card to Dudu, so why to create more trouble ? Good Refereeing.
If Pranjal, Ranjit and like wise IFA referees conduct any international match not involving India (by any chance) this way, at the end of the match he will have his balls smashed in to pulp by the players.

Lalkamal at the end of the match attacked referee and he got red card after the match, police saved the referee

A full blooded slap to the ref from lalkamal. I wonder what would be the punishment for him

Srinjoy bose on full out attack against referees. He said,'referee does not deserve respect',defending Lalkamal. He demanded for foreign referees in derby.

So,This match is successful with controversies,it can be called a Derby :-B

The player should be banned for a period. There is a difference between a verbal attack and a physical attack.

Rather the opposite. It is only in backward regions like Brazil and India, more specifically Kolkata football that the referees or for that matter even opponent players participate in a game with their life at stake, literally. You either get slapped, or a brick gets thrown at you, worse, you might be manhandled by an unruly uncultured crowd. People need to realize that it is just a freaking game. There have been worse decisions in International football without referee getting slapped. A recent case in point is the Mexico vs Panama semifinal match of the CONCACAF Gold Cup 2015. You will be surprised to see the decisions and get a cultural shock seeing the restraint from the players

Lal kamal should be banned for a period.... agreed. And what about Ranjit Baxi ? To be awarded something for carrying out orders to perfection ? A shit referee..... should be freezed. Another Pranjal.

I don't understand why can't MB supporters acknowledge the simple fact that EB was the better team today. There had been several occasions when MB was the better team on that given day. Sometime even the worst happens. The better team on the field looses. A recent example can be I League match between EB and BFC in VYBK last season. EB won in spite of playing bad. That happens man. Chill !!

  • namewtheld "fortunately" this kinda glaring mistakes happen in EVERY CFL DERBY and unfortunately there is only fucking team which is at the receiving end(Bagan). Therefore lets not try to be politically correct and justify this fucking shit everytime. Most importantly, lets not attribute this to unruly/ uncultured crowd of Kolkata. More than anything else, this statement of yours shows u in poor light...

Very well said..... such comments are really nice when you are only cosmetically involved. But to the affected players and club supporters.... it hurts. The examples of poor refereeing in different Global tournaments by no means justify poor refereeing in any other match. Don't know about Kolkata crowd being cultured or uncultured.... crowd trouble happens in so called first world countries as well. So don't dare to say specifically that Kolkata crowd is uncultured.

So long you don't get pinched... you take it easy and deliver sermons, just when you yourself gets pinched... you start shouting. It is human nature.
